Farm Taster Week 29th July - 4th Aug 2019: RVC Welsh Regional Centre

 

This work experience is intended for students in the 16 -19 year old category who may be considering a career in Veterinary Medicine or the agricultural industry. The course will be running from Monday 29th - Sunday 4th August 2019. The event will be held at The Welsh Regional Veterinary Centre (WRVC), Gelli Aur College Farm, Carmarthenshire.

Hospital placements for medicine, nursing, midwifery & dentistry applicants

 

Premed Projects arranges medical work experience in hospitals throughout the UK, India and Thailand. Students join them for a 2-week placement, shadowing doctors in a variety of departments. During the week, students stay in the Premed Projects house, fully supported by comprehensive staff teams. 

 

This is your opportunity to raise the profile of your C.V and get a real sense of what it's like to work in a hospital environment. Projects are available for either one or two weeks, during half term holidays and the summer break. There is also the chance to undertake a 1-Day UCAS preparation Day in London.
